{"id":8691,"date":"2021-04-13T08:54:57","date_gmt":"2021-04-13T14:54:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=8691"},"modified":"2021-09-28T16:39:26","modified_gmt":"2021-09-28T22:39:26","slug":"impulsan-diputados-subsidio-para-el-arrendamiento-de-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/impulsan-diputados-subsidio-para-el-arrendamiento-de-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Impulsan diputados subsidio para el arrendamiento de vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.diputados.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">diputada<\/a>&nbsp;Adriana Medina<\/strong>&nbsp;propuso una iniciativa para reformar la&nbsp;<strong>Ley de Vivienda<\/strong>, a fin de promover la creaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de programas y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para subsidiar, de manera directa o indirecta, el&nbsp;<strong>arrendamiento de vivienda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicha iniciativa plantea reformar los art\u00edculos 2, 4, 5 y 17 de la&nbsp;<strong>Ley de Vivienda<\/strong>, para precisar que: \u201cSin menoscabo de los esfuerzos que el Estado realice para garantizar el derecho a la vivienda, y con la finalidad de mejorar las condiciones de vida de quienes no cuentan con un hogar propio, podr\u00e1 promover la creaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de programas y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en los que subsidie de manera directa o indirecta el&nbsp;<strong>arrendamiento de vivienda<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, indica que el establecimiento de estos programas deber\u00e1 cumplir con los siguientes&nbsp;<strong>requisitos<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La&nbsp;<strong>participaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>permanencia<\/strong>&nbsp;en los programas por parte de arrendadores debe ser opcional, libre y sin coacci\u00f3n alguna.<\/li><li>Garantizar, en todo momento, el derecho de los arrendadores a dejar de participar en dichos programas.<\/li><li>Garantizar la&nbsp;<strong>titularidad y preservaci\u00f3n del bien inmueble<\/strong>&nbsp;en beneficio de los arrendadores.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los programas y acciones deber\u00e1n promover la&nbsp;<strong>libre competencia<\/strong>&nbsp;en el mercado de arrendamiento de vivienda; ser temporales y estar orientados a atender las&nbsp;<strong>necesidades b\u00e1sicas de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2021\/02\/25\/poblacion-vulnerable-creditos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">poblaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n, el Estado garantizar\u00e1 que, una vez concluida la relaci\u00f3n de arrendamiento, el bien inmueble sea entregado en buenas condiciones por el arrendatario al arrendador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera, se podr\u00e1 recurrir a&nbsp;<strong>programas de apoyo al arrendamiento&nbsp;<\/strong>como v\u00eda de atenci\u00f3n provisional a los fines del derecho a la vivienda; siempre que estos impliquen la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos sobre la propiedad de quien funja como arrendador y salvaguarden la libertad de terminar la relaci\u00f3n de arrendamiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La&nbsp;diputada&nbsp;Adriana Medina&nbsp;propuso una iniciativa para reformar la&nbsp;Ley de Vivienda, a fin de promover la creaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de programas y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para subsidiar, de manera directa o indirecta, el&nbsp;arrendamiento de vivienda.
