{"id":7767,"date":"2020-08-13T09:56:36","date_gmt":"2020-08-13T15:56:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=7767"},"modified":"2021-09-28T17:04:55","modified_gmt":"2021-09-28T23:04:55","slug":"llama-seduvi-a-presentar-proyectos-de-vivienda-incluyente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/llama-seduvi-a-presentar-proyectos-de-vivienda-incluyente\/","title":{"rendered":"Llama Seduvi a presentar proyectos de vivienda incluyente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por Fernanda Hern\u00e1ndez<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (Seduvi)&nbsp;<\/strong>habilit\u00f3 una&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tics.finanzas.cdmx.gob.mx\/previt\/public\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">plataforma<\/a>&nbsp;para permitir el registro de promoventes al&nbsp;<strong>Programa de Reactivaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica y Producci\u00f3n de Vivienda Incluyente, Popular y de Trabajadores de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (Previt).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este programa tiene el objetivo de impulsar la inversi\u00f3n y la generaci\u00f3n de empleos en este ramo de la industria, as\u00ed como hacer efectivo el&nbsp;<strong>derecho a la vivienda<\/strong>&nbsp;y la&nbsp;<strong>simplificaci\u00f3n administrativa<\/strong>&nbsp;para la edificaci\u00f3n de vivienda de este tipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los promoventes podr\u00e1n ser la persona f\u00edsica o representante legal promotora de los proyectos, Director Responsable de Obra o Perito en Desarrollo Urbano, la persona Prestadora de Servicios Ambientales o la Tercera Acreditada, y para formar parte del programa, deber\u00e1n registrar sus proyectos a trav\u00e9s del&nbsp;<strong>Sistema PREVIT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>Seduvi<\/strong>&nbsp;destac\u00f3 que los proyectos deber\u00e1n desarrollarse dentro de los siguientes&nbsp;<strong>programas<\/strong>; y de conformidad con la&nbsp;<strong>normativa<\/strong>&nbsp;urbana, ambiental, de construcciones, caracter\u00edsticas, \u00e1mbitos de aplicaci\u00f3n, valores de venta y mercado objetivos que sus lineamientos se\u00f1alen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Programa Especial de Regeneraci\u00f3n Urbana y Vivienda Incluyente<\/li><li>Norma para Impulsar la Vivienda para los Trabajadores Derechohabientes de Infonavit y Fovissste<\/li><li>Vivienda Popular y Social<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los proyectos no deber\u00e1n rebasar los&nbsp;<strong>15,000 metros cuadrados (m<\/strong><strong>\u00b2<\/strong><strong>) de construcci\u00f3n;&nbsp;<\/strong>y podr\u00e1n iniciar obra en el momento en que ingresen el&nbsp;<strong>Registro de Manifestaci\u00f3n de Construcci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>correspondiente, el cual deber\u00e1n concluir conforme al seguimiento otorgado en la mesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquellos proyectos que resulten aprobados deber\u00e1n cumplir con los&nbsp;<strong>criterios<\/strong>&nbsp;sociales, de medio ambiente, desarrollo urbano, movilidad, gesti\u00f3n de riesgo, arquitect\u00f3nicos y t\u00e9cnicos, as\u00ed como criterios de patrimonio cultural urbano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dependencia capitalina estim\u00f3 que, en los pr\u00f3ximos 150 d\u00edas, podr\u00e1n iniciar alrededor de&nbsp;<strong>54 proyectos de vivienda<\/strong>, los cuales generar\u00e1n poco m\u00e1s de 33,000 empleos directos y alrededor de 5,200 viviendas incluyentes y de trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/vivienda-cdmx.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/vivienda-cdmx.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-110344\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Fernanda Hern\u00e1ndez La&nbsp;Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (Seduvi)&nbsp;habilit\u00f3 una&nbsp;plataforma&nbsp;para permitir el registro de promoventes al&nbsp;Programa de Reactivaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica y Producci\u00f3n de Vivienda Incluyente, Popular y de Trabajadores de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (Previt).
