Este mecanismo se aplicar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s del esquema \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/portalcentrourbano\/videos\/636358886965471\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Liquidaci\u00f3n de 10<\/a>\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el proyecto, documento en manos de este medio, la intenci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 beneficiar a 16,311 derechohabientes con cr\u00e9dito. Espec\u00edficamente, el beneficio buscar\u00e1 ser un apoyo para trabajadores que han cumplido, sin retrasos, con el pago de su financiamiento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSe aplicar\u00e1 una quita del 100% del saldo insoluto al momento de la adhesi\u00f3n al Programa, la cual deber\u00e1 ser menor al 10% del monto de cr\u00e9dito originalmente otorgado\u201d, se\u00f1ala el Acuerdo.<\/p>\n<h4>Requisitos<\/h4>\n<p>Para calificar al esquema, los cr\u00e9ditos no deber\u00e1n tener estatus de emproblemado. Asimismo, quedan fuera del programa los cr\u00e9ditos mancomunados. Adem\u00e1s, el Fondo no tomar\u00e1 en cuenta financiamientos reestructurados con otros programas; o cr\u00e9ditos beneficiados con esquemas como Soluci\u00f3n Integral o Soluci\u00f3n Total.<\/p>\n<p>Del mismo modo, las autoridades del Fondo hacen \u00e9nfasis que los trabajadores interesado deber haber cubierto 90% del cr\u00e9dito, esto tomando en consideraci\u00f3n el saldo insoluto respecto al monto de cr\u00e9dito que les fue otorgado.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon base en la motivaci\u00f3n del Programa y con la finalidad de atender a un m\u00e1ximo de 16,311 cr\u00e9ditos, se propone liquidar los cr\u00e9ditos que se ubiquen en los supuestos delimitados en la propuesta de Acuerdo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, en el documento, la Junta Directiva estableci\u00f3 que todo aquel trabajador que acceda al esquema, no podr\u00e1 ser candidatos para recibir un Segundo Cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<h4>Otros esquemas<\/h4>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que el Fovissste prepara una serie de programas para apoyar a derechohabientes.
