Lo anterior como mecanismo de defensa ante los efectos de la crisis sanitaria.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote_content\"><p>\u201cHoy en d\u00eda, el\u00a0<strong>Covid-19<\/strong>\u00a0est\u00e1 acelerando su\u00a0<strong>transformaci\u00f3n digital<\/strong>\u00a0(de las inmobiliarias) para evitar sucumbir y cumplir las expectativas del mercado; anticipando as\u00ed la curva de adopci\u00f3n de herramientas que optimicen sus canales digitales de venta y marketplaces\u201d, expres\u00f3\u00a0<strong>Mateo Turanzas, director de innovaci\u00f3n y transformaci\u00f3n digital de Quiero Casa.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Actualmente, los compradores est\u00e1n m\u00e1s preocupados por invertir en bienes que mejoren el futuro ante cualquier crisis, adem\u00e1s de que tienen m\u00e1s tiempo libre; por ello, investigan y exploran con mayor minuciosidad y atenci\u00f3n los\u00a0<strong>anuncios<\/strong>\u00a0que antes parec\u00edan molestos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, recientemente, la\u00a0<strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI)<\/strong>\u00a0asegur\u00f3 que, como medida de salud, 90% de sus asociados cerraron sus centros de venta; por lo que, \u201cpara continuar sin necesidad del contacto directo, era inminente integrar\u00a0<strong>estrategias digitales<\/strong>, una medida que ahora se torna fundamental para la resistencia y continuidad del ramo\u201d, indic\u00f3 Turanzas.<\/p>\n<p>Muchas inmobiliarias del pa\u00eds han implementado distintas\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/05\/29\/aislamiento-tecnologias-compraventa-inmuebles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0que permiten concretar procesos de compraventa sin necesidad de visitar los puntos de venta; a fin de frenar los contagios de\u00a0<strong>Covid-19.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Quiero Casa,<\/strong>\u00a0por ejemplo, realiza\u00a0<strong>videollamadas<\/strong>\u00a0con los clientes, personal bancario, notarios y equipo de post venta; a trav\u00e9s de las cuales se intercambian los documentos necesarios y se realiza la firma de las escrituras de la propiedad.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote_content\"><p>\u201cNosotros ya implement\u00e1bamos las\u00a0<strong>herramientas digitales<\/strong>, pero debido a la demanda en esta \u00e9poca, se fortalecieron los sistemas, para no detener la intenci\u00f3n de compra\u201d, coment\u00f3 el representante de la firma.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Finalmente,\u00a0<strong>Turanzas<\/strong>\u00a0precis\u00f3 que se esperaba que los procesos de compra en l\u00ednea pasaran en a\u00f1os m\u00e1s adelante; pero el\u00a0<strong>Covid-19<\/strong>\u00a0ha provocado que los sistemas inmobiliarios evolucionen r\u00e1pidamente.
