{"id":7461,"date":"2020-05-27T10:32:53","date_gmt":"2020-05-27T16:32:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=7461"},"modified":"2021-09-29T11:16:44","modified_gmt":"2021-09-29T17:16:44","slug":"coahuila-va-por-el-fortalecimiento-de-politicas-en-materia-de-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/coahuila-va-por-el-fortalecimiento-de-politicas-en-materia-de-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Coahuila va por el fortalecimiento de pol\u00edticas en materia de vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por Fernanda Hern\u00e1ndez<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con\u00a0<strong>Jeric\u00f3 Abramo Masso, secretario de Vivienda y Ordenamiento Territorial del estado de Coahuila,\u00a0<\/strong>la entidad enfrenta retos significativos respecto a la\u00a0<strong>localizaci\u00f3n adecuada de la vivienda.<\/strong>\u00a0Entre 2014 y 2019, s\u00f3lo el 10.1% de m\u00e1s de 66,400 viviendas financiadas mediante cr\u00e9ditos y subsidios se localizaron en \u00e1reas consolidadas; mientras que 47.7% lo hicieron en zonas perif\u00e9ricas.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, estim\u00f3 que m\u00e1s del 99% de la oferta habitacional de\u00a0<strong>Coahuila<\/strong>\u00a0se gener\u00f3 bajo la modalidad de \u2018vivienda horizontal\u2019, lo cual ha reflejado un patr\u00f3n de crecimiento urbano de baja densidad.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote_content\"><p>\u00abDe acuerdo con el\u00a0<strong>INEGI<\/strong>, en 2010, el estado de\u00a0<strong>Coahuila<\/strong>\u00a0contaba con un porcentaje de vivienda deshabitada alrededor de 14.5 %; m\u00e1s 4.6% de vivienda en uso temporal; datos muy similares a los reflejados por la media nacional\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Por otro lado, el\u00a0<strong>Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit)<\/strong>\u00a0revel\u00f3 que, en 2014, el municipio de\u00a0<strong>Torre\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0se encontraba en la posici\u00f3n n\u00famero seis a nivel nacional con mayor cartera vencida del Instituto. Y la aglomeraci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>La Laguna<\/strong>\u00a0(Torre\u00f3n y Matamoros en Coahuila; y Lerdo y G\u00f3mez Palacio en Durango), en promedio, representaba el 4.1% (9,940 unidades de vivienda) de cartera vencida; condici\u00f3n que representa un aproximado del abandono de vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>El secretario consider\u00f3 que estos indicadores subrayan la necesidad de\u00a0<strong>fortalecer las acciones p\u00fablicas, estatales y locales<\/strong>, para consolidar la infraestructura de vivienda en\u00a0<strong>Coahuila<\/strong>. Y, al mismo tiempo, la urgencia de vincularlas con la pol\u00edtica de desarrollo urbano y territorial del estado.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior con la finalidad de generar mejores condiciones para la\u00a0<strong>vivienda adecuada<\/strong>\u00a0y permitir que \u00e9sta sea un motor para la\u00a0<strong>urbanizaci\u00f3n sostenible<\/strong>; en concordancia con los principios de las agendas globales de desarrollo, principalmente la\u00a0<strong>Nueva Agenda Urbana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote_content\"><p>\u201cCon un compromiso firme de que el estado de\u00a0<strong>Coahuila<\/strong>\u00a0incorpore en sus pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas una\u00a0<strong>Nueva Agenda Urbana<\/strong>\u00a0en materia de vivienda; se establecieron estos compromisos en la\u00a0<strong>Declaraci\u00f3n de Coahuila;<\/strong>\u00a0realizada en el mes de noviembre de 2019 en la Clausura del\u00a0<strong>Foro Internacional de Vivienda Adecuada y Urbanizaci\u00f3n sostenible<\/strong>\u201d, record\u00f3 el secretario.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En este sentido,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/onuhabitat.org.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>ONU-H\u00e1bitat<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0asistir\u00e1 al gobierno del estado para que sus pr\u00e1cticas en materia de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2019\/11\/26\/coahuila-onu-habitat-vivienda-adecuada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">vivienda<\/a>\u00a0se vinculen con los objetivos de
