{"id":7230,"date":"2020-04-08T09:49:37","date_gmt":"2020-04-08T15:49:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=7230"},"modified":"2021-09-29T11:41:02","modified_gmt":"2021-09-29T17:41:02","slug":"lanzara-shf-tres-programas-de-apoyo-ante-covid19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/lanzara-shf-tres-programas-de-apoyo-ante-covid19\/","title":{"rendered":"Lanzar\u00e1 SHF tres programas de apoyo ante Covid19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por Edgar Rosas<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de las medidas para enfrentar la\u00a0<strong>contingencia generada por el Covid19<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal<\/strong>\u00a0(SHF) lanzar\u00e1\u00a0<strong>tres esquemas de apoyo<\/strong>\u00a0para impulsar la\u00a0<strong>reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds<\/strong>. Concretamente, dos de ellos\u00a0<strong>est\u00e1n dirigidos a desarrolladores<\/strong>\u00a0que pudieran verse afectados por los efectos de las medidas de aislamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Los tres esquemas planteados equivalen a\u00a0<strong>16,500 millones de pesos<\/strong>. Las acciones se insertan en el marco del\u00a0<strong>Programa de la Banca de Desarrollo para la reactivaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda ante el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/cobertura-covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Covid19<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0mismo que fue presentado por la\u00a0<strong>Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda<\/strong>\u00a0(SHCP).<\/p>\n<h4>Programas<\/h4>\n<p>En tal sentido, el primer esquema se denominar\u00eda \u201c<strong>Estabilizaci\u00f3n de Carteras de Cr\u00e9dito a la Construcci\u00f3n Sindicados<\/strong>\u201d. Con este, el banco otorgar\u00e1\u00a0<strong>ampliaciones de plazo a cr\u00e9ditos vigentes<\/strong>, con lo cual se brinda la posibilidad a empresarios de\u00a0<strong>atenuar la posible baja en ventas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con las especificaciones del banco, bajo este esquema,\u00a0<strong>se otorgar\u00e1 una ampliaci\u00f3n adicional a la contractual de hasta 12 meses<\/strong>\u00a0a cr\u00e9ditos vigentes que no hayan tenido ampliaciones. Por otro lado, se otorgar\u00e1 una ampliaci\u00f3n adicional de 6 meses a cr\u00e9ditos puente vigentes que hayan tenido una o m\u00e1s ampliaciones.<\/p>\n<p>En segundo lugar, SHF lanzar\u00eda el esquema \u201c<strong>L\u00ednea de costos financieros para atenuar baja temporal de actividad econ\u00f3mica<\/strong>\u201d. Con este modelo, el banco otorgar\u00eda\u00a0<strong>l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito adicionales de hasta 5%<\/strong>\u00a0de la l\u00ednea original contratada.<\/p>\n<p>La acci\u00f3n, de acuerdo con el banco, buscar\u00eda apoyar a los desarrolladores\u00a0<strong>para cubrir intereses por el desfase de ventas<\/strong>. El programa ir\u00eda destinado a \u201cc<strong>r\u00e9ditos puente tradicionales vigentes<\/strong>\u00a0otorgados en segundo piso a intermediarios financieros, previo cumplimiento de requisitos de proyecto\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el banco lanzar\u00eda un esquema para impulsar la mejora de vivienda. Con el programa denominado \u201c<strong>Microfinanciamiento para la mejora de vivienda<\/strong>\u201d, SHF impulsar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de intermediarios financieros no bancarios un producto con garant\u00eda del Fondo Nacional de Garant\u00edas a la Vivienda Popular (Fonagavip).
