{"id":7073,"date":"2020-03-18T10:30:22","date_gmt":"2020-03-18T16:30:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=7073"},"modified":"2021-10-19T11:22:45","modified_gmt":"2021-10-19T17:22:45","slug":"insus-e-infonavit-impulsan-programa-de-desarrollo-urbano-en-guerrero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/insus-e-infonavit-impulsan-programa-de-desarrollo-urbano-en-guerrero\/","title":{"rendered":"Insus e Infonavit impulsan Programa de Desarrollo Urbano en Guerrero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por Fernanda Hern\u00e1ndez<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>Instituto Nacional del Suelo Sustentable (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/insus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Insus<\/a>)<\/strong>\u00a0y el\u00a0<strong>Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit),<\/strong>\u00a0firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n para impulsar la\u00a0<strong>regularizaci\u00f3n de predios<\/strong>\u00a0en Guerrero y la creaci\u00f3n de un\u00a0<strong>Programa Estatal de Desarrollo Urbano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de este convenio se pondr\u00e1 fin a la\u00a0<strong>construcci\u00f3n<\/strong><strong>\u00a0de viviendas en zonas de riesgo;<\/strong>\u00a0adem\u00e1s de que se garantizar\u00e1 a los guerrerenses la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2019\/11\/20\/insus-escrituras-78780-personas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>certeza jur\u00eddica<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0sobre sus viviendas.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto,\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Alfonso Iracheta Carroll, director del Insus<\/strong>, mencion\u00f3 que en Guerrero no existe un marco normativo de desarrollo urbano; por lo que consider\u00f3 al acuerdo como hist\u00f3rico y con gran potencial para resolver las grandes necesidades que tienen las familias de menores ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste convenio abona a la regularizaci\u00f3n de la tenencia de la tierra en Guerrero y al impulso de planes de desarrollo urbano integrales; donde el\u00a0<strong>Infonavit<\/strong>\u00a0pueda aportar el financiamiento y la experiencia t\u00e9cnica, y el\u00a0<strong>Insus<\/strong>\u00a0la gesti\u00f3n del suelo y el acuerdo entre los diversos propietarios que puedan existir\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte,\u00a0<strong>Carlos Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez, director del Infonavit<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que con este convenio los guerrerenses que cotizan en el instituto podr\u00e1n estar seguros de que terminar\u00e1n malas pr\u00e1cticas del pasado; tales como la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas en pantanos o barrancas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHoy en d\u00eda, las y los guerrerenses no tienen reglas claras para planear el desarrollo de sus ciudades ni para aprovechar el territorio en beneficio de quienes menos tienen y m\u00e1s lo necesitan.
