{"id":6944,"date":"2020-02-20T14:00:04","date_gmt":"2020-02-20T20:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=6944"},"modified":"2021-10-19T11:23:34","modified_gmt":"2021-10-19T17:23:34","slug":"generacion-x-no-invierte-en-patrimonio-inmobiliario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/generacion-x-no-invierte-en-patrimonio-inmobiliario\/","title":{"rendered":"Generaci\u00f3n X no invierte en patrimonio inmobiliario"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por Fernanda Hern\u00e1ndez<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>comercializadora de inmuebles Quiero Casa<\/strong>\u00a0realiz\u00f3 una encuesta a sus clientes, la cual revel\u00f3 que\u00a0<strong>50%<\/strong>\u00a0de las personas que adquirieron un departamento en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico tiene entre 25 y 34 a\u00f1os de edad; el\u00a0<strong>29.2%<\/strong>\u00a0entre 45 y 54 a\u00f1os; el\u00a0<strong>16.7%<\/strong>\u00a0m\u00e1s de 50; y el\u00a0<strong>4.2%<\/strong>\u00a0tiene de 35 a 44 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Esto significa que la denominada\u00a0<strong>generaci\u00f3n X<\/strong>\u00a0citadina no invierte en patrimonio inmobiliario.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con\u00a0<strong>David Hoffs,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>director de Estrategia Corporativa en Quiero Casa<\/strong>, actualmente son los\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/01\/15\/millennials-compra-vivienda-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Millennials<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>los que marcan la pauta para este y otros mercados. Mientras que \u201cla\u00a0<strong>generaci\u00f3n X<\/strong>\u00a0representa todo un desaf\u00edo, ya que no est\u00e1n convencidos de aprovechar las oportunidades que representan los cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios; pese a que las probabilidades de ser beneficiados con uno, se reducen conforme aumentan su edades\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La encuesta tambi\u00e9n evidenci\u00f3 que las\u00a0<strong>tendencias tradicionales de b\u00fasqueda<\/strong>\u00a0de inmuebles prevalecen; pues el 62.5% de los clientes consultados recurri\u00f3 a las instalaciones f\u00edsicas de la inmobiliaria para informarse. Y el 37.5% restante lo hizo a trav\u00e9s de internet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa principal raz\u00f3n de que el primer contacto sea directo en la inmobiliaria es que los desarrollos se ubican en las principales v\u00edas de traslado de los compradores. Adem\u00e1s, es de destacar que casi 80% de los interesados comienza una b\u00fasqueda por internet, luego de visitarnos para tener m\u00e1s detalles de la marca que llama su atenci\u00f3n\u201d, destac\u00f3\u00a0<strong>Hoffs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente,\u00a0<strong>Quiero Casa<\/strong>\u00a0inform\u00f3 que, entre los compradores, el\u00a0<strong>58.3%<\/strong>\u00a0es empleado de alguna empresa; el\u00a0<strong>16.7%<\/strong>\u00a0es freelance; un porcentaje id\u00e9ntico es el de personas en retiro; y el\u00a0<strong>8.3%<\/strong>\u00a0son empresarios.<\/p>\n<p>Y, en cuanto a los principales atributos que los compradores eval\u00faan antes de comprar un inmueble, 87.5% toma en cuenta una\u00a0<strong>ubicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0cercana a centros escolares, trabajo, v\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n y medios de transporte; entre el 50% ponderan la\u00a0<strong>calidad de la vivienda<\/strong>, como materiales de construcci\u00f3n, acabados y dise\u00f1o; y 45.8% consideran el\u00a0<strong>trato del asesor de ventas.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Fernanda Hern\u00e1ndez La\u00a0comercializadora de inmuebles Quiero Casa\u00a0realiz\u00f3 una encuesta a sus clientes, la cual revel\u00f3 que\u00a050%\u00a0de las personas que adquirieron un departamento en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico tiene entre 25 y 34 a\u00f1os de edad; el\u00a029.2%\u00a0entre 45 y 54 a\u00f1os; el\u00a016.7%\u00a0m\u00e1s de 50; y el\u00a04.2%\u00a0tiene de 35 a 44 a\u00f1os.
