Y es que, de acuerdo con el organismo,\u00a0<strong>la meta para el a\u00f1o<\/strong>\u00a0que reci\u00e9n comienza es otorgar 362,971 cr\u00e9ditos para la adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo establece el\u00a0<strong>Plan Estrat\u00e9gico y Financiero 2020-2024<\/strong>\u00a0del Instituto. El documento se\u00f1ala que el objetivo para 2020 es entregar 8,701 cr\u00e9ditos m\u00e1s que la cifra estimada de cierre para 2019. Cabe se\u00f1alar que las estimaciones del Instituto indican\u00a0<strong>que\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2018\/12\/27\/eleva-infonavit-meta-colocacion-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" aria-label=\"2019  (se abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\">2019\u00a0<\/a>cerr\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0con 354,270 cr\u00e9ditos para la compra de vivienda nueva o usada.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara 2020, se plantea, bajo un escenario macroecon\u00f3mico central, un nivel de colocaci\u00f3n de 362,971 cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios, lo cual representa un incremento de 2.5% respecto al estimado al cierre de 2019\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Del total de los cr\u00e9ditos para adquisici\u00f3n planteados para el a\u00f1o, 50.7% ser\u00edan para la compra de\u00a0<strong>vivienda nueva<\/strong>, es decir, 184,231 cr\u00e9ditos; mientras que 49.2% se destinar\u00edan para la compra de\u00a0<strong>vivienda usada<\/strong>, lo que representa 178,740 financiamientos.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, es precio mencionar que la proyecci\u00f3n en materia de vivienda nueva representar\u00eda un incremento de 1%, esto en comparaci\u00f3n con las estimaciones de cierre 2019, que plantean la colocaci\u00f3n de 182,284 cr\u00e9ditos. En el caso de vivienda usada, la proyecci\u00f3n para 2020 significar\u00eda un incremento de 3.93% en relaci\u00f3n al estimado de colocaci\u00f3n en 2019, el cual establece un total de 171,986 financiamientos otorgados.<\/p>\n<p>En este rubro, como ha sido la tendencia de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la mayor colocaci\u00f3n se plantea para\u00a0<strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong>. Para esta entidad, el Infonavit plantea una colocaci\u00f3n de 46,900 cr\u00e9ditos, lo que representa\u00a0<strong>una baja de 10.57%<\/strong>\u00a0en relaci\u00f3n a lo planteado para 2019 en el Plan de Labores.<\/p>\n<p>Tan solo en el caso de la colocaci\u00f3n de vivienda nueva, la baja de colocaci\u00f3n proyectada es de 18 por ciento. Y es que, el Plan de Labores 2019 estableci\u00f3 la meta de colocaci\u00f3n para financiamiento en vivienda nueva de 41,830, y en 2020 la cifra se redujo a 33,968 acciones.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-101093 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cifras-colocaci%C3%B3n-Vivienda-cr%C3%A9dito-1.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 375px) 100vw, 375px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cifras-colocaci\u00f3n-Vivienda-cr\u00e9dito-1.jpg 375w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cifras-colocaci\u00f3n-Vivienda-cr\u00e9dito-1-300x197.jpg 300w\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<h4>La meta Infonavit 2020<\/h4>\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos generales, para 2020, el Infonavit planea una colocaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>529,514 cr\u00e9ditos<\/strong>\u00a0bajo sus diversas modalidades.
