Y es que, con cifras al cierre de junio, de los 113,001\u00a0<strong>cr\u00e9ditos tradicionales<\/strong>\u00a0que otorg\u00f3 el organismo, 47% se destin\u00f3 para la compra de vivienda usada.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con los datos del\u00a0<strong>Sistema Nacional de Informaci\u00f3n e Indicadores de Vivienda<\/strong>\u00a0(SNIIV), este porcentaje representa que 53,832 financiamientos se destinaron para que las familias puedan comprar una vivienda usada.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n, la preferencia por vivienda usada ha mantenido una tendencia alta en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Tan s\u00f3lo entre enero y junio de 2018, el n\u00famero de cr\u00e9ditos tradicionales que se otorgaron para la compra de vivienda usada represent\u00f3 52%, es decir, 56,989 de los 108,651 otorgados en el periodo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cr%C3%A9dito_Infonavit_Tradicional_adquisici%C3%B3n_1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-94262\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cr%C3%A9dito_Infonavit_Tradicional_adquisici%C3%B3n_1.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cr\u00e9dito_Infonavit_Tradicional_adquisici\u00f3n_1.jpg 628w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Cr\u00e9dito_Infonavit_Tradicional_adquisici\u00f3n_1-300x49.jpg 300w\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"97\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Si se contempla los esquemas en los que otorga financiamiento en conjunto con la banca, as\u00ed como el producto de segundo cr\u00e9dito, de los 150,044 cr\u00e9ditos para adquisici\u00f3n que se colocaron entre enero y junio de 2019,\u00a0<strong>44% fue para vivienda usada<\/strong>, lo que representa que 65,596 financiamientos se destinaron para que las familias puedan comprar una vivienda usada.<\/p>\n<p>En este rubro, y en\u00a0 comparaci\u00f3n con 2018, la preferencia por vivienda usada creci\u00f3 4% por ciento, pues entre enero y junio del a\u00f1o anterior, de los 166,569 cr\u00e9ditos colocados para adquisici\u00f3n en los diversos esquemas, 40% fue para vivienda usada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Edgar Rosas M\u00e1s de 53,000 cr\u00e9ditos tradicionales han sido para la adquisici\u00f3n de casas de este segmento La preferencia por parte de los derechohabientes del\u00a0Infonavit\u00a0por la vivienda\u00a0usada\u00a0crece.
