{"id":6091,"date":"2019-07-24T11:59:19","date_gmt":"2019-07-24T17:59:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=6091"},"modified":"2021-10-19T11:27:15","modified_gmt":"2021-10-19T17:27:15","slug":"publican-cambios-en-reglas-de-otorgamiento-de-credito-infonavit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/publican-cambios-en-reglas-de-otorgamiento-de-credito-infonavit\/","title":{"rendered":"Publican cambios en reglas de otorgamiento de cr\u00e9dito Infonavit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por Edgar Rosas<\/p>\n<p><em>Los cambios van en l\u00ednea con el aumento en los montos de cr\u00e9dito que puso en marcha el organismo<\/em><span id=\"more-93748\"><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Este martes, fueron publicados en el\u00a0<strong>Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0(DOF), los cambios a las R<strong>eglas de Otorgamiento<\/strong>\u00a0de cr\u00e9dito del\u00a0<strong>Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores<\/strong>(Infonavit). Estos cambios son consecuencia del\u00a0<strong>aumento en los montos<\/strong>\u00a0de cr\u00e9dito que el Instituto puso en operaci\u00f3n el pasado 3 de julio.<\/p>\n<p>Con las modificaciones, el\u00a0<strong>Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0del Infonavit adecu\u00f3 las reglas a las nuevas tablas de cr\u00e9dito, las cuales buscan apoyar a los trabajadores con ingresos por debajo de los 2.6 UMAs mensuales a comprar una vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Es preciso recordar que el organismo aprob\u00f3 un\u00a0<strong>aumento de 16%<\/strong>\u00a0para los cajones salariales m\u00e1s bajos. As\u00ed, el organismo buscar\u00e1 aumentar el monto prestado para que trabajadores con ingresos por debajo de los 7,000 pesos mensuales puedan adquirir una vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma, por ejemplo, un trabajador con ingresos de 2,500 pesos mensuales, es decir, 1.1 UMA al mes, podr\u00e1 recibir financiamiento para comprar una vivienda de hasta 300,000 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>En las reglas modificadas, el Instituto especifica los nuevos montos a los que los trabajadores de bajos salarios podr\u00e1n acceder en relaci\u00f3n al plazo elegido. El organismo define las cantidades a partir de su<strong>equivalencia con UMAs<\/strong>. As\u00ed, para un trabajador que percibe hasta 7,000 pesos, es decir 2.6 UMAs, el organismo prestar\u00e1 lo equivalente a 149 UMAs, en un plazo de 30 a\u00f1os. De esta forma, el Instituto otorgar\u00e1 a este nivel salarial, un cr\u00e9dito del orden de los\u00a0382,706 pesos, lo que se sumar\u00eda al\u00a0<strong>ahorro generado<\/strong>\u00a0en la
