El organismo defini\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de diversas entidades que trabajar\u00e1n en conjunto para entregar las hipotecas<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n El Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores realiz\u00f3 la subasta del programa \u2018Infonavit m\u00e1s cr\u00e9dito-2019\u2019. Con esto, el Instituto defini\u00f3 los montos de participaci\u00f3n de seis entidades financieras que trabajar\u00e1n de manera coordinada con el organismo para la entrega de segundos cr\u00e9ditos.<\/p>\n De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n, el monto total convocado por el organismo ascendi\u00f3 a 18,000 millones de pesos. De este total, el organismo asign\u00f3 94.4% a una Tasa de Inter\u00e9s Nominal Fija en Pesos de 11.9%.<\/p>\n Al respecto, es preciso se\u00f1alar que una de las entidades que particip\u00f3 en la subasta fue el fideicomiso Hipotecario, Fhipo. Con ello, el Fidecomiso logr\u00f3 una asignaci\u00f3n de 11.8% del monto total, es decir, 2,000 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n Cabe se\u00f1alar que el programa \u2018Infonavit m\u00e1s cr\u00e9dito-2019\u2019, tiene como meta la originaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios que son otorgados por segunda vez a derechohabientes del Instituto.
