{"id":5627,"date":"2019-03-14T14:43:17","date_gmt":"2019-03-14T20:43:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=5627"},"modified":"2019-03-14T14:43:17","modified_gmt":"2019-03-14T20:43:17","slug":"infonavit-analiza-con-lupa-posible-aumento-en-montos-de-credito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/infonavit-analiza-con-lupa-posible-aumento-en-montos-de-credito\/","title":{"rendered":"Infonavit analiza con lupa posible aumento en montos de cr\u00e9dito"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por Edgar Rosas<\/p>\n<p><em>Incrementar los montos m\u00e1ximos de manera desproporcionada podr\u00eda impactar en la rentabilidad de la subcuenta de vivienda <\/em><span id=\"more-87631\"><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (<strong>Infonavit<\/strong>) se encuentra en un proceso de an\u00e1lisis fino en torno al esquema con el que se busca <strong>compensar<\/strong> la ca\u00edda en el tema de <strong>subsidio<\/strong> para adquisici\u00f3n. Y es que, de acuerdo con <strong>Carlos Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, director general del Infonavit, se deben encontrar los <strong>balances<\/strong> para que este aumento en la capacidad de compra no signifique un impacto a la <strong>rentabilidad<\/strong> del fondo y de la subcuenta de vivienda de los derechohabientes.<\/p>\n<p>En entrevista, luego de participar en el informe que ofreci\u00f3 Sedatu en el marco de los primeros <strong>100 d\u00edas<\/strong>de labores del nuevo gobierno, el directivo puntualiz\u00f3 que los tres sectores que componen al Infonavit estudian a detalle las implicaciones del esquema propuesto. Explic\u00f3 que los equipos del Instituci\u00f3n analizan cu\u00e1l es el costo financiero que tendr\u00eda para la Instituci\u00f3n el aumento en los montos de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote_content\"><p>\u201cTenemos que hacer un an\u00e1lisis financiero y de intereses de los trabajadores, y ver cu\u00e1l es la mejor manera de maximizar su patrimonio y ahorro que est\u00e1 dentro del Infonavit.\u201c(Sobre el posible aumento en los montos de cr\u00e9dito) no hay determinaci\u00f3n de n\u00famero todav\u00eda, sino que se estudia cu\u00e1l es el costo financiero total de cada peso de aumento que tendr\u00edan los montos m\u00e1ximos\u201d, dijo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mart\u00ednez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que aumentar los montos de manera desproporcionada podr\u00eda <strong>atentar<\/strong> en contra de los trabajadores que no han ejercido su cr\u00e9dito, pero que el ahorro lo administra el Infonavit. Concretamente, dijo, una mala decisi\u00f3n podr\u00eda impactar en la rentabilidad que otorga el Instituto a la <strong>subcuenta<\/strong> de vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAumentar los montos m\u00e1ximos de cr\u00e9dito significa tambi\u00e9n ir en contra de los intereses de la mayor\u00eda de los trabajadores que no utilizan el cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs una situaci\u00f3n muy delicada que los tres sectores que conforman al Infonavit analizan seriamente, porque aumentar los montos m\u00e1ximos de un lado, significa dar menor rendimiento al ahorro del otro
