{"id":5179,"date":"2018-12-20T17:02:29","date_gmt":"2018-12-20T23:02:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=5179"},"modified":"2018-12-20T20:16:17","modified_gmt":"2018-12-21T02:16:17","slug":"vivienda-abandonada-eje-prioritario-para-el-nuevo-infonavit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/vivienda-abandonada-eje-prioritario-para-el-nuevo-infonavit\/","title":{"rendered":"Vivienda abandonada, eje prioritario para el nuevo Infonavit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por Edgar Rosas<\/p>\n<p><em>La nueva administraci\u00f3n\u00a0dijo que se debe contemplar inversiones para no s\u00f3lo atender la vivienda en s\u00ed, sino su entorno\u00a0<\/em><span id=\"more-83684\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Una de las acciones inmediatas que tomar\u00e1 la nueva administraci\u00f3n del Infonavit ser\u00e1 analizar las causas del fen\u00f3meno de la\u00a0<strong>vivienda abandonada<\/strong>. Por ello, se\u00a0<strong>suspender\u00e1n\u00a0<\/strong>los procesos de subasta con los que el organismo retornaba al mercado las viviendas recuperadas.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 Carlos Mart\u00ednez, director general del Instituto, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el m\u00e9todo de la subasta carece de una visi\u00f3n integral para dar soluci\u00f3n al tema de la vivienda abandonada. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el equipo que est\u00e1 al frente del organismo\u00a0<strong>analizar\u00e1\u00a0<\/strong>el fen\u00f3meno para encontrar alternativas.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, destac\u00f3 que a la fecha se tiene registro de\u00a0<strong>215,000 viviendas<\/strong>\u00a0recuperadas por el organismo. Detall\u00f3 que, en este abanico, se contemplan viviendas abandonadas, vandalizadas y las que caen en cartera vencida y no es posible que el trabajador la conserve.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUno de los temas m\u00e1s importantes que hemos seguido es el de vivienda abandonada y recuperada (\u2026) En las visitas que hemos hecho, hemos sido testigo que mucho de lo que se recupera y se vuelve a colocar en el mercado, tambi\u00e9n con cr\u00e9dito Infonavit, se abandona otra vez a los pocos a\u00f1os, porque no se resuelve el problema de fondo: son viviendas que se encuentran mal localizadas y sin servicios para una vida adecuada\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>El Director General del organismo asegur\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n del Infonavit buscar\u00e1 implementar un plan con una\u00a0<strong>visi\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>amplia, en la que no s\u00f3lo se busque recuperar la vivienda, sino se impulsen acciones para regenerar el entorno de esas viviendas abandonadas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHemos decidido que es necesario analizar las causas del abandono y ver las mejores alternativas para el Instituto.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa idea es ver c\u00f3mo se puede\u00a0<strong>recuperar<\/strong>\u00a0el entorno y que no sea vea a las casas como una\u00a0<strong>mercanc\u00eda<\/strong>, porque son parte del patrimonio de una familia, parte de la cohesi\u00f3n social; lo que hace que las familias sean familias, y que la comunidad sea una comunidad\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Mart\u00ednez destac\u00f3 que entre las posibilidades para dar cauce al tema se encuentra el analizar esquemas en los que a la par del retorno de las viviendas al mercado se destine\u00a0<strong>inversi\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0para la regeneraci\u00f3n del
