{"id":5158,"date":"2018-12-19T18:00:03","date_gmt":"2018-12-20T00:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=5158"},"modified":"2018-12-20T20:14:15","modified_gmt":"2018-12-21T02:14:15","slug":"creditos-fovissste-protegidos-ante-aumento-al-salario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/creditos-fovissste-protegidos-ante-aumento-al-salario\/","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00e9ditos Fovissste protegidos ante aumento al salario"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por Edgar Rosas<\/p>\n<p><em>El organismo destac\u00f3 que los cr\u00e9ditos utilizan como referencia a la UMA y no el salario m\u00ednimo<\/em><span id=\"more-83605\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Luego del anuncio del incremento en el salario m\u00ednimo para el 2019, el Fondo de la vivienda del Issste (<strong>Fovissste<\/strong>) dio a conocer que el aumento no afectar\u00e1 los cr\u00e9ditos obtenidos con el organismo. Indic\u00f3 que, gracias a los cambios impulsado en 2016, la Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (<strong>UMA<\/strong>)se convirti\u00f3 en la referencia de los financiamientos.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, el organismo detall\u00f3 que luego del\u00a0<strong>decreto\u00a0<\/strong>publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el 27 de enero de 2016 en materia de desindexaci\u00f3n el salario, los cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios que se originan en el Fondo dejaron de tomar como base la actualizaci\u00f3n del salario M\u00ednimo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl saldo insoluto de los cr\u00e9ditos y la obligaci\u00f3n de pago se actualizar\u00e1n a partir del primero de febrero del 2019, por lo que se invita a todos los acreditados a revisar su nuevo Estado de Cuenta y obligaci\u00f3n de pago a partir de dicha fecha\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n a esto \u00faltimo, el organismo pone a disposici\u00f3n el siguiente\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/fovissste\/acciones-y-programas\/estado-de-cuenta-fovissste\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
