{"id":4196,"date":"2018-08-09T17:16:47","date_gmt":"2018-08-09T23:16:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=4196"},"modified":"2018-08-10T09:12:09","modified_gmt":"2018-08-10T15:12:09","slug":"invasores-e-inseguridad-amenazan-vivienda-abandonada-provive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/invasores-e-inseguridad-amenazan-vivienda-abandonada-provive\/","title":{"rendered":"Invasores e inseguridad amenazan vivienda abandonada: Provive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por Fernando Navarrete<\/p>\n<p><em>Aproximadamente\u00a075 u 80% de la vivienda que se abandon\u00f3 hace siete u ocho a\u00f1os est\u00e1 habitada de manera informal\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El fen\u00f3meno de la vivienda abandonada se enfrenta a un problema a\u00fan mayor: la invasi\u00f3n y la inseguridad, adem\u00e1s de otros indicadores que ponen en riesgo los procesos de regeneraci\u00f3n urbana, de acuerdo con\u00a0Antonio D\u00edaz, fundador y director general de Provive.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHablamos del 75 u 80% de la vivienda que se abandon\u00f3 hace siete u ocho a\u00f1os, est\u00e1 invadida, o habitada de manera informal sin pago de servicios, predial o mantenimiento, y al d\u00eda de hoy el reto es re-ocupar esas viviendas\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En entrevista\u00a0<strong>Desde Centro Urbano<\/strong>, el fundador de Provive -empresa dedicada a la adquisici\u00f3n y reparaci\u00f3n de casas adjudicadas en M\u00e9xico- explic\u00f3 que\u00a0en un periodo entre ocho y 10 a\u00f1os se han abandonado 500,000\u00a0viviendas\u00a0en fraccionamientos formales, con financiamientos formales del Infonavit.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las principales causas se encuentran problemas econ\u00f3micos y la \u201cmala originaci\u00f3n de venta\u201d, es decir que la adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda no era adecuada para el usuario, as\u00ed como la inseguridad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHoy tenemos 4,000 millones de pesos generados de plusval\u00eda en las zonas que estamos regenerando, repartidos en aproximadamente 40,000 familias. El resultado de recuperar comunidades, de reocupar casas abandonadas, de sacar invasores, de meter familias, genera m\u00e1s demanda por vivir en estas zonas que hoy est\u00e1n bien comunicadas, bien insertadas en la zona intraurbana \u201c, apunt\u00f3 el directivo.<\/p>\n<p>Antonio D\u00edaz agreg\u00f3 que se est\u00e1n haciendo programas piloto con el Infonavit para recabar datos sobre las ventajas de regeneraci\u00f3n urbana e involucrar\u00a0 la comunidad para generar plusval\u00eda,\u00a0y buscar la participaci\u00f3n activa\u00a0del sector privado.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa cartera vencida del Infonavit est\u00e1 entre el 8 y el 10%. En el caso de Provives nuestra cartera vencida est\u00e1 entre el 1 y el 2%, un promedio natural.
