{"id":4171,"date":"2018-08-07T15:49:44","date_gmt":"2018-08-07T21:49:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=4171"},"modified":"2018-08-08T09:12:21","modified_gmt":"2018-08-08T15:12:21","slug":"guia-para-calcular-subsidio-de-conavi-para-vivienda-nueva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/guia-para-calcular-subsidio-de-conavi-para-vivienda-nueva\/","title":{"rendered":"Gu\u00eda para calcular subsidio de Conavi para vivienda nueva"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por Valeria Gomez<\/p>\n<p><em>De acuerdo con sus caracter\u00edsticas, la vivienda recibe entre cero y mil puntos; las viviendas susceptibles de ser subsidiadas deben contar con un puntaje mayor a 350.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Con el fin de que las personas logren adquirir una vivienda digna, la Conavi cre\u00f3 el Programa de Acceso al Financiamiento para Soluciones Habitacionales, en el cual los derechohabientes pueden solicitar un subsidio para adquirir una vivienda nueva.<\/p>\n<p>El monto m\u00e1ximo de subsidio que otorga la Conavi para la adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda nueva es de 85 mil 758 pesos, pero no en todos los casos se otorga esa cantidad, y una de las preguntas m\u00e1s frecuentes se refiere a cu\u00e1nto dinero recibir\u00e1 el beneficiario que solicite el subsidio.<\/p>\n<p>Primero hay que saber que el monto m\u00e1ximo del subsidio depende del puntaje y el valor de la vivienda.
