Los recursos obtenidos en la BMV permitir\u00e1n cumplir con el plan de financiamiento para el a\u00f1o<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n El Fondo de la Vivienda del Issste (Fovissste<\/strong>) coloc\u00f3 certificados burs\u00e1tiles por un monto de 12,000 millones de pesos, recursos con los que el organismo mantendr\u00e1 la colocaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos contemplados en el plan de financiamiento para 2018.<\/p>\n De acuerdo con el organismo, la colocaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 el pasado 13 de abril. La operaci\u00f3n de financiamiento, explic\u00f3 el Fondo, represent\u00f3 un monto de 1,989 millones 210,000 unidades de inversi\u00f3n (UDIS).<\/p>\n \u201cLos recursos obtenidos permitir\u00e1n al Fondo cumplir su programa de cr\u00e9ditos 2018 para adquirir, ampliar, remodelar, mejorar o pagar pasivos de vivienda. De igual forma, garantizar\u00e1 recursos para otorgar cr\u00e9ditos en la siguiente administraci\u00f3n\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n La emisi\u00f3n, indic\u00f3 el Fovissste, tuvo un aforo inicial de 14% y cuenta con garant\u00eda por parte de Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF<\/strong>) de hasta el 23.2% del saldo insoluto de la operaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, explic\u00f3, los certificados burs\u00e1tiles emitidos cuentan con la calificaci\u00f3n \u2018AAA.mx (sf)\u2019, la m\u00e1s alta que otorga Moody\u00b4s.<\/p>\n \u201cLa agencia calificadora de valores HR Ratings otorg\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n HR AAA (E) a las emisiones del Fondo por considerar que cuenta con seguridad para el pago oportuno de las obligaciones de deuda y
