{"id":20308,"date":"2026-06-16T14:31:36","date_gmt":"2026-06-16T20:31:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=20308"},"modified":"2026-06-16T14:31:50","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T20:31:50","slug":"fovissste-anuncia-conversion-de-creditos-de-uma-a-pesos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/fovissste-anuncia-conversion-de-creditos-de-uma-a-pesos\/","title":{"rendered":"Fovissste anuncia conversi\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos de UMA a pesos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por: Rebeca Romero <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>El Fovissste congelar\u00e1 saldos y fijar\u00e1 pagos en pesos para cr\u00e9ditos ligados a la UMA como parte de su programa de reestructura<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Fovissste iniciar\u00e1 la<strong>&nbsp;conversi\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios de UMAs a pesos<\/strong>&nbsp;como parte de su estrategia para atender financiamientos \u2018impagables\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la conferencia matutina,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/fovissste-iniciara-construccion-viviendas-julio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Jabnely Maldonado,<\/a>&nbsp;vocal ejecutiva del organismo, inform\u00f3 que el programa ya se encuentra listo para comenzar con la reestructura de estos cr\u00e9ditos, cuyos saldos aumentan cada a\u00f1o debido a la actualizaci\u00f3n de la Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cEstamos listos para aplicar la reestructuraci\u00f3n de UMAs a pesos. (\u2026) Es una reestructuraci\u00f3n in\u00e9dita en el Fondo de la Vivienda, porque los cr\u00e9ditos se congelan, pero, sobre todo, porque ya estar\u00e1n en pesos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La funcionaria explic\u00f3 que el esquema permitir\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>congelar los saldos de los financiamientos<\/strong>&nbsp;y establecer mensualidades fijas durante el tiempo restante de cada contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, indic\u00f3 que las personas acreditadas contar\u00e1n con una&nbsp;<strong>tasa de inter\u00e9s fija de 9%<\/strong>&nbsp;y podr\u00e1n acceder a quitas para ajustar el monto de la deuda cuando sea necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cLos beneficios que tendr\u00e1n las personas acreditadas es que no habr\u00e1 actualizaci\u00f3n de la UMA cada a\u00f1o, se congelan los cr\u00e9ditos habr\u00e1 un pago fijo en pesos durante el plazo restante que les quede del contrato, una tasa de inter\u00e9s fija del 9% y todas las personas que ocupen una quita, independientemente del monto que se necesite la tendr\u00e1n\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Maldonado detall\u00f3 que esta medida forma parte de la&nbsp;<strong>tercera etapa del programa Justicia Social<\/strong>, mediante el cual el Fovissste ha beneficiado a&nbsp;<strong>284,000 personas mediante descuentos y quitas<\/strong>&nbsp;en cr\u00e9ditos considerados impagables.
