Durante&nbsp;<strong>2025, el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/programa-de-vivienda-para-el-bienestar-supera-meta-construccion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">organismo alcanz\u00f3 308,987 unidades en obra<\/a><\/strong>, pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo son estas viviendas?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alineados con el programa, las principales caracter\u00edsticas de las Viviendas para el Bienestar son dignas y asequibles, ubicaciones estrat\u00e9gicas, y dirigidas a trabajadores que perciben entre uno y dos salarios m\u00ednimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las casas cuentan con una superficie m\u00ednima de&nbsp;<strong>60 metros cuadrados, dos rec\u00e1maras, sala-comedor y ba\u00f1o completo<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, disponen de&nbsp;<strong>servicios b\u00e1sicos<\/strong>&nbsp;como agua potable, drenaje y electricidad, as\u00ed como conexi\u00f3n con transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ello se suma su&nbsp;<strong>ubicaci\u00f3n cercana a hospitales, escuelas, comercios y centros de trabajo<\/strong>, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias. As\u00ed como zonas verdes, espacios de esparcimiento y estacionamiento, lo que favorece la integraci\u00f3n social dentro de los conjuntos habitacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el Infonavit se\u00f1al\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>las casas se adaptan al clima<\/strong>&nbsp;y a la cultura de cada regi\u00f3n y cumplen con normas oficiales de construcci\u00f3n que garantizan seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Instituto precis\u00f3 que el&nbsp;<strong>costo promedio de estas viviendas es de 600,000 pesos<\/strong>, monto que se ubica por debajo del precio de mercado y permite su adquisici\u00f3n mediante un cr\u00e9dito Infonavit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para acceder a una de las Viviendas para el Bienestar, el Infonavit detall\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>\u00fanicamente se deben cumplir tres requisitos<\/strong>: contar con al menos seis meses de antig\u00fcedad laboral, percibir ingresos mensuales de entre uno y dos salarios m\u00ednimos y no tener un cr\u00e9dito hipotecario vigente con el Instituto.<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/author\/editorial\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Redacci\u00f3n El Infonavit destac\u00f3 que las Viviendas para el Bienestar tienen un costo promedio de 600,000 pesos, por debajo del precio del mercado Como parte del Programa de Vivienda para el Bienestar, el Infonavit estableci\u00f3 una meta sexenal de 1.2 millones de viviendas.
