{"id":18503,"date":"2025-09-19T17:55:10","date_gmt":"2025-09-19T23:55:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=18503"},"modified":"2025-09-19T17:55:18","modified_gmt":"2025-09-19T23:55:18","slug":"630000-pesos-precio-maximo-de-las-viviendas-del-bienestar-de-infonavit-dof","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/630000-pesos-precio-maximo-de-las-viviendas-del-bienestar-de-infonavit-dof\/","title":{"rendered":"630,000 pesos, precio m\u00e1ximo de las Viviendas del Bienestar de Infonavit: DOF"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Redacci\u00f3n <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Entre las disposiciones para fijar el costo de las viviendas construidas por el Infonavit, el DOF considera el costo de construcci\u00f3n, el tipo de vivienda y el salario m\u00ednimo por regi\u00f3n<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (DOF) public\u00f3 las disposiciones d<strong>e car\u00e1cter general para determinar el precio m\u00e1ximo de las viviendas construidas por el Infonavit dentro del&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/?s=pvb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Programa de Vivienda<\/a>&nbsp;para el Bienestar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este documento fija el&nbsp;<strong>precio m\u00e1ximo de 630,000 pesos<\/strong>&nbsp;para las nuevas unidades. El DOF establece que este costo ser\u00e1 \u00fanicamente el otorgado por el Infonavit al ser vivienda nueva, si existe una venta subsecuente por parte de los propietarios, el valor deber\u00e1 fijarse seg\u00fan las normas jur\u00eddicas aplicables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento aclara que, aunque ese ser\u00e1 el l\u00edmite,&nbsp;<strong>no todas las viviendas tendr\u00e1n el mismo costo<\/strong>, ya que depender\u00e1 de la regi\u00f3n, las caracter\u00edsticas de cada inmueble y otros factores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Programa est\u00e1 dirigido a trabajadores con ingresos de hasta dos salarios m\u00ednimos, por lo que el&nbsp;<strong>c\u00e1lculo del precio m\u00e1ximo se realiz\u00f3 con base en el salario vigente<\/strong>. En caso de un aumento salarial, el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n evaluar\u00e1 si es necesario actualizar el tope de precio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dispocisiones para fijar el costo de viviendas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En el anteproyecto, el Infonavit detall\u00f3 las consideraciones para establecer los precios de las Viviendas para el Bienestar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Costo del terreno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Costos de urbanizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Costos de construcci\u00f3n o rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gastos indirectos, como administrativos, estudios, proyectos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prototipo de vivienda: vertical, unifamiliar, d\u00faplex, cu\u00e1druplex u otro modelo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En construcciones verticales,
