ser\u00e1 en l\u00ednea, sino que se instalar\u00e1n m\u00f3dulos m\u00f3viles en los pol\u00edgonos de atenci\u00f3n prioritaria<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al participar en la conferencia matutina \u2018La Ma\u00f1anera del Pueblo\u2019,&nbsp;<strong>Rodrigo Ch\u00e1vez Contreras, director general de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (Conavi<\/strong>), destac\u00f3 que, del compromiso sexenal de 500,000 viviendas nuevas como parte del&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/pvb-97-mil-viviendas-sedatu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Programa de Vivienda para el Bienestar<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;(<strong>PVB<\/strong>), para 2025 se han programado los inicios de obra de 86,000 viviendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, el funcionario detall\u00f3 que la&nbsp;<strong>Conavi<\/strong>&nbsp;dispone de&nbsp;<strong>222 predios<\/strong>&nbsp;que suman 688 hect\u00e1reas, las cuales permitir\u00e1n la edificaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 90,000 viviendas, distribuidas en tres paquetes de trabajo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Paquete 1<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 62 predios (182 ha): 24,343 viviendas ya en obra, con contratos firmados y anticipos liberados; los Organismos Ejecutores de Obra (OEO) trabajan en sitio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paquete 2\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 60 predios (200 ha): 20,474 viviendas listas para iniciar en julio, tras la aprobaci\u00f3n presupuestal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paquete 3<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 100 predios (306 ha): 45,456 viviendas en integraci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, con inicio de obras previsto para finales de agosto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estos tres frentes, dijo, se prev\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>rebasar la meta anual de 86,000 viviendas nuevas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, mencion\u00f3 que ya se han entregado&nbsp;<strong>100,000 mejoramientos de vivienda<\/strong>&nbsp;en 10 municipios de la zona oriente del Estado de M\u00e9xico, con lo que se ha beneficiado a familias que habitan en contextos de alta marginaci\u00f3n y riesgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo acceder al PVB?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, el director de la&nbsp;<strong>Conavi<\/strong>&nbsp;anunci\u00f3 que no habr\u00e1 ventanillas generales ni registros en l\u00ednea para el PVB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de julio, la&nbsp;<strong>Conavi<\/strong>&nbsp;instalar\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>m\u00f3dulos m\u00f3viles<\/strong>&nbsp;en los pol\u00edgonos de atenci\u00f3n prioritaria publicados en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n, donde las personas interesadas podr\u00e1n llenar la&nbsp;<strong>C\u00e9dula Diagn\u00f3stico<\/strong>&nbsp;y, siempre que cumplan los requisitos, quedar\u00e1n inscritas para la siguiente fase del Programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los&nbsp;<strong>requisitos<\/strong>&nbsp;para ser considerados como posibles beneficiarios son los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ser mayores de 18 a\u00f1os<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contar con dependientes econ\u00f3micos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No ser propietario de vivienda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No ser derechohabiente de Infonavit, Fovissste o Issfam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprobante de domicilio reciente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tener un ingreso menor a 2 salarios m\u00ednimos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, se efectuar\u00e1 una&nbsp;<strong>visita domiciliaria<\/strong>&nbsp;y se aplicar\u00e1 la&nbsp;<strong>C\u00e9dula Socioecon\u00f3mica<\/strong>&nbsp;para determinar el monto del subsidio; y los&nbsp;<strong>resultados<\/strong>&nbsp;se dar\u00e1n a conocer en una asamblea comunitaria que incluir\u00e1 recorridos de obra y talleres sobre r\u00e9gimen condominal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que, si la demanda supera la oferta, tendr\u00e1n prioridad los&nbsp;<strong>adultos mayores<\/strong>, las&nbsp;<strong>mujeres jefas de familia<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>madres solteras<\/strong>, las&nbsp;<strong>personas con discapacidad<\/strong>&nbsp;y la&nbsp;<strong>poblaci\u00f3n ind\u00edgena<\/strong>; adem\u00e1s, hasta 20 % de las viviendas se reservar\u00e1 para un&nbsp;<strong>esquema de renta dirigido a j\u00f3venes<\/strong>&nbsp;de 18 a 30 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCon estas acciones, la\u00a0<strong>Conavi<\/strong>\u00a0ratifica su compromiso de transformar territorios y brindar certeza habitacional con justicia social,
