Ciudades como Monterrey, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y Guadalajara lideran en absorci\u00f3n neta de espacios industriales, con m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de metros cuadrados cada una en 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nearshoring representa ya entre el 10% y 28% de la absorci\u00f3n en ciudades clave, con fuerte presencia de las industrias automotriz, electrodom\u00e9stica y de maquinaria.
