No obstante, advirti\u00f3 que estos deben atender cuatro aspectos clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primero de ellos corresponde al modelo operativo, que defini\u00f3 como&nbsp;<strong>customer first<\/strong>. Esta estrategia implica&nbsp;<strong>comprender y atender las necesidades del consumidor final,<\/strong>&nbsp;lo que podr\u00eda contribuir a&nbsp;<strong>prevenir fraudes y malas pr\u00e1cticas&nbsp;<\/strong>en la industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cUn modelo del cliente final sea realmente la prioridad del asesor inmobiliario. El asesor inmobiliario a veces tiende a ver su inter\u00e9s en lugar en lugar de ver el inter\u00e9s del cliente. Para nosotros, customer first quiere decir eliminar o reducir de manera importante el riesgo de fraudes inmobiliarios\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, el especialista destac\u00f3 la&nbsp;<strong>necesidad de regular el sector inmobiliario&nbsp;<\/strong>en M\u00e9xico. Actualmente, el mercado opera sin una regulaci\u00f3n formal, lo que permite que muchos asesores trabajen sin la capacitaci\u00f3n ni actualizaci\u00f3n necesarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cYo personalmente estoy a favor de un mercado donde la regulaci\u00f3n obligue al asesor a obtener una matr\u00edcula, una licencia y operar bajo un sistema donde tiene que presentar esta matr\u00edcula licenciada cuando est\u00e9 firmando una operaci\u00f3n inmobiliaria\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la&nbsp;<strong>transparencia<\/strong>&nbsp;representa otro elemento fundamental para el futuro del sector. Este aspecto, subray\u00f3, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda aumentar el dinamismo del mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cY creo que hoy en d\u00eda el mercado est\u00e1 listo para poder llevar esta transparencia, esta transparencia tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda acelerar de manera importante la operaci\u00f3n inmobiliaria y, por ende, facilitar el concepto de liquidez que buscamos en el sector inmobiliario\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, Goudiaby enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de&nbsp;<strong>que el asesor inmobiliario adopte e implemente herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas<\/strong>&nbsp;que optimicen su desempe\u00f1o.
