{"id":17528,"date":"2025-05-08T14:50:05","date_gmt":"2025-05-08T20:50:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=17528"},"modified":"2025-05-08T14:50:11","modified_gmt":"2025-05-08T20:50:11","slug":"infonavit-busca-regularizacion-de-933000-viviendas-emproblemadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/infonavit-busca-regularizacion-de-933000-viviendas-emproblemadas\/","title":{"rendered":"Infonavit busca regularizaci\u00f3n de 933,000 viviendas \u2018emproblemadas\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Redacci\u00f3n <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Romero Oropeza se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, para solucionar la situaci\u00f3n de estas viviendas, el Infonavit otorgar\u00e1 reestructuras en cr\u00e9ditos y esquemas de arrendamiento, con el fin de evitar desalojos<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Octavio Romero Oropeza, director general del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (<a href=\"https:\/\/portalmx.infonavit.org.mx\/wps\/portal\/infonavitmx\/mx2\/derechohabientes\/!ut\/p\/z1\/hY-9DoJAEISfxYKWXX6Ew-4iiQoJgQbwGgMGDxLgCJzy-l6UxkR0ut35ZjcDDHJgffFoeCEb0Retms_MuTgHxOPeNiKSEopJ5EVm6FhmQF3I_gFM2bgiiirPXsjqBWcBPM-3jZCgGRsRYpImhn_yXdyivQA_ngTAeCvKdx_alxbhwMbqVo3VqN9Hta6lHKadhhrO86xzIXhb6VfRafgtUotJQv5JwtDl2MRdRia6eQLjCZYX\/dz\/d5\/L2dBISEvZ0FBIS9nQSEh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Infonavit<\/a>),&nbsp;inform\u00f3 que, en el pa\u00eds,&nbsp;<strong>existen 933,000 viviendas \u2018emproblemadas\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante el Censo de Vivienda realizado por la Secretar\u00eda del Bienestar y el Infonavit, se detect\u00f3 que, del total de viviendas,&nbsp;<strong>131,000 est\u00e1n inmersas en juicios masivos;<\/strong>&nbsp;216,000, adjudicadas al Instituto sin que hayan sido escrituradas; 497,000 en un alto grado de adeudos; y 89,000 corresponden a Fovissste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la conferencia de prensa matutina, el funcionario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estas problem\u00e1ticas derivan de&nbsp;<strong>procesos de cobranza fraudulentos<\/strong>, as\u00ed como de la&nbsp;<strong>construcci\u00f3n de viviendas alejadas de zonas urbanas<\/strong>&nbsp;y carentes de servicios o infraestructura b\u00e1sica, situaciones que, en el pasado, el Instituto permiti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir del censo, el Infonavit trabaja para identificar si las viviendas se encuentran ocupadas por un acreditado, por un tercero con consentimiento del acreditado, invadidas, abandonadas o vandalizadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, al 5 de mayo de 2025, el organismo ha censado a 47,845 casas, de las cuales&nbsp;<strong>87% se encuentran ocupadas<\/strong>&nbsp;y 13% desocupadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para combatir esta problem\u00e1tica, el Infonavit ya ha trazado tres rutas para brindar soluciones y certeza sobre las viviendas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si el inmueble est\u00e1 ocupado por el acreditado,\u00a0<strong>se reestructurar\u00e1 el cr\u00e9dito<\/strong>\u00a0mediante congelamiento, reducci\u00f3n de tasa, ajuste en mensualidades y quitas al saldo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si la vivienda est\u00e1 ocupada por un tercero,\u00a0<strong>se regularizar\u00e1 mediante el esquema de arrendamiento<\/strong>\u00a0social con opci\u00f3n a compra, sin necesidad de desalojos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si la vivienda est\u00e1 desocupada o vandalizada,\u00a0<strong>se rehabilitar\u00e1<\/strong>\u00a0y se otorgar\u00e1 mediante el mismo\u00a0<strong>esquema de arrendamiento<\/strong>\u00a0social con opci\u00f3n a compra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/mayo-construccion-de-vivienda-infonavit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>construcci\u00f3n de vivienda<\/strong><\/a>, Romero Oropeza inform\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>ya se tienen firmados contratos con 11<\/strong>&nbsp;empresas que contemplan la construcci\u00f3n de 24,844 viviendas en 12 estados.
