No obstante, si un trabajador desea adquirir una vivienda m\u00e1s costosa, a trav\u00e9s de&nbsp;<strong>Unamos Cr\u00e9ditos<\/strong>&nbsp;puede lograrlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unamos Cr\u00e9ditos es el programa mediante el cual una persona&nbsp;<strong>puede unir su cr\u00e9dito al de alguien m\u00e1s<\/strong>. As\u00ed, ambos derechohabientes pueden obtener una hipoteca conjunta de hasta&nbsp;<strong>4,889,402 pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de esta modalidad, el Infonavit ofrece la libertad de comprar una vivienda con alguien m\u00e1s,&nbsp;<strong>sin necesidad de ser familia directa y sin estar casados<\/strong>. Cabe mencionar el cr\u00e9dito puede ser utilizado para&nbsp;<strong>comprar una casa nueva o existente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ventajas de Unamos Cr\u00e9ditos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Al acceder a este producto hipotecario, ambos<strong>&nbsp;acreditados ser\u00e1n due\u00f1os de la vivienda&nbsp;<\/strong>de acuerdo con la parte proporcional de su financiamiento. Los trabajadores podr\u00e1n acceder a&nbsp;<strong>tasas de inter\u00e9s&nbsp;entre 3.76% y 10.45%,<\/strong>&nbsp;determinadas por su nivel de ingresos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualmente, los derechohabientes podr\u00e1n hacer<strong>&nbsp;pagos anticipados a su cr\u00e9dito sin penalizaciones<\/strong>.
