Este dinero te ayudar\u00e1 a incrementar el ahorro en la Subcuenta de Vivienda, liquidar un cr\u00e9dito m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido o completar el fondo para el retiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las aportaciones patronales equivalen al&nbsp;<strong>5% del&nbsp;salario diario integrado<\/strong>, registrado ante el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social&nbsp;(IMSS). El Infonavit abona este dinero a la Subcuenta de Vivienda de cada trabajador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando estas&nbsp;<strong>aportaciones se suman a la&nbsp;Subcuenta de Vivienda,<\/strong>&nbsp;los derechohabientes pueden&nbsp;<strong>obtener un cr\u00e9dito del Infonavit<\/strong>&nbsp;para la compra de vivienda o terreno, construir o hacer mejoras a un inmueble habitacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, si ya se cuenta con un financiamiento,&nbsp;<strong>el Instituto destina las aportaciones patronales al pago de la deuda<\/strong>, lo que permite liquidar el cr\u00e9dito m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente. Adem\u00e1s, estas aportaciones se&nbsp;<strong>acumulan en el fondo para la pensi\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>de los afiliados al organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que, al estar administrado por el Infonavit, este&nbsp;<strong>5% del salario de los trabajadores genera rendimientos<\/strong>, lo que incrementa su monto con el tiempo. Por lo tanto, si este pago no se realiza, el ahorro de los afiliados se ve afectado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, es importante que los trabajadores est\u00e9n al pendiente de las aportaciones que realiza su empleador.
