{"id":13664,"date":"2023-12-08T15:40:29","date_gmt":"2023-12-08T21:40:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=13664"},"modified":"2023-12-08T15:40:32","modified_gmt":"2023-12-08T21:40:32","slug":"suben-precios-de-vivienda-en-venta-y-renta-en-la-cdmx-en-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/suben-precios-de-vivienda-en-venta-y-renta-en-la-cdmx-en-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Suben precios de vivienda en venta y renta en la CDMX en 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por: Fernanda Hern\u00e1ndez <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Respecto a la vivienda en venta, el municipio de Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli y la alcald\u00eda Iztacalco fueron las zonas que registraron mayores aumentos en precios<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la plataforma&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmuebles24.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Inmuebles24<\/strong><\/a>, al cierre de noviembre de 2023, los&nbsp;<strong>precios de la vivienda en renta y venta<\/strong>&nbsp;registraron crecimientos anuales importantes en diversas zonas de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y su zona conurbada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con respecto a la&nbsp;<strong>vivienda en venta<\/strong>, la plataforma inmobiliaria destac\u00f3 que el municipio de&nbsp;<strong>Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli<\/strong>, en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, fue el que registr\u00f3 la mayor variaci\u00f3n al alza en el precio por metro cuadrado (m\u00b2) entre noviembre de 2022 y noviembre de 2023, con 41 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que, en la capital del pa\u00eds, la alcald\u00eda con el mayor alza en el precio por m\u00b2 fue&nbsp;<strong>Iztacalco<\/strong>, con un 40% en el periodo se\u00f1alado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, alcald\u00edas como&nbsp;<strong>Coyoac\u00e1n<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Venustiano Carranza<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Azcapotzalco<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Iztapalapa<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Tlalpan<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Gustavo A. Madero<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>Xochimilco<\/strong>, en la CDMX; y el municipio de&nbsp;<strong>Ecatepec<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>de Morelos<\/strong>, en el Edomex, registraron variaciones al alza de entre 30 y 36% en sus precios de venta por metro cuadrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/vivienda-en-venta.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/vivienda-en-venta.png\" alt=\"Suben precios de vivienda en venta y renta en la CDMX en 2023 - vivienda en venta\" class=\"wp-image-144524\" title=\"Suben precios de vivienda en venta y renta en la CDMX en 2023 2\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, en lo referente a la&nbsp;<strong>vivienda en renta<\/strong>, Inmuebles24 indic\u00f3 que la alcald\u00eda&nbsp;<strong>Cuauht\u00e9moc<\/strong>&nbsp;se mantuvo en el top 10 de las que m\u00e1s alzas registraron en sus precios de alquiler, con una variaci\u00f3n anual 2022 vs 2023 de 36%; seguida por la&nbsp;<strong>Benito Ju\u00e1rez<\/strong>, con un 15%, y la&nbsp;<strong>Miguel Hidalgo<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n con un 15 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, en el Edomex, los municipios que tuvieron las mayores variaciones al alza en sus precios de renta mensual en el periodo fueron:\u00a0<strong>Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli<\/strong>, con 11%,\u00a0<strong>Huixquilucan<\/strong>, con 10%, y\u00a0<strong>Naucalpan de Ju\u00e1rez<\/strong>, con 10 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
