Mientras que en el acumulado al noveno mes el crecimiento fue de 11.2 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualmente, las cifras obtenidas por la SHF se\u00f1alaron que el promedio del precio de vivienda se encuentra en 1,607,874 mill\u00f3n de pesos (mdp). Ya que, el 25% de las operaciones corresponde a la vivienda con valor de 639,000; mientras que el 50% de las transacciones se coloc\u00f3 en los 937,000. De modo que, el 75% de las viviendas se vendieron por un monto m\u00e1ximo de 1,830 mdp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, el \u00edndice indic\u00f3 que la vivienda usada present\u00f3 una variaci\u00f3n positiva de 10.3%, mientras que la&nbsp;<strong>vivienda nueva<\/strong>&nbsp;aument\u00f3 de 12.2%. As\u00ed que, en el tercer trimestre la proporci\u00f3n de operaciones se encontr\u00f3 en viviendas usadas de 61% y 39% de viviendas nuevas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Precio de vivienda por ZM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Acerca del precio de vivienda por Zonas Metropolitanas (ZM), el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/precio-de-vivienda-1s2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\u00cdndice de Precios de la Vivienda<\/a>&nbsp;arroj\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>Tijuana fue la ciudad que mayor incremento present\u00f3<\/strong>, con un 14.4% en el valor de las casas solas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seguido por las ZM de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>&nbsp;con un aumento de 13.6% en las viviendas en zonas c\u00e9ntricas,&nbsp;<strong>Guadalajara&nbsp;<\/strong>con un 11.9% en los inmuebles en zonas econ\u00f3mico \u2013 sociales y&nbsp;<strong>Monterrey<\/strong>&nbsp;con un 11.2%, en casas con un ba\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, las&nbsp;<strong>regiones que menor aumento en el valor<\/strong>&nbsp;de las viviendas fueron la ZM de&nbsp;<strong>Puebla-Tlaxcala<\/strong>&nbsp;que present\u00f3 un incremento de 6.9% en el precio de las viviendas nuevas y la ZM de&nbsp;<strong>Toluca&nbsp;<\/strong>con un 6.7% de aumento en casas de clase media \u2013
