{"id":11184,"date":"2022-12-30T14:00:54","date_gmt":"2022-12-30T20:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=11184"},"modified":"2022-12-30T14:00:56","modified_gmt":"2022-12-30T20:00:56","slug":"mas-trabajadores-pueden-obtener-un-credito-subsecuente-dst-infonavit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/mas-trabajadores-pueden-obtener-un-credito-subsecuente-dst-infonavit\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s trabajadores pueden obtener un cr\u00e9dito subsecuente: DST Infonavit"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por: Fernanda Hern\u00e1ndez <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Las Reglas para el Otorgamiento de Cr\u00e9dito del Infonavit se\u00f1alan que los trabajadores pueden recibir un cr\u00e9dito subsecuente una vez que liquide el anterior<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con&nbsp;<strong>Mario Mac\u00edas Robles<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>titular de la Direcci\u00f3n Sectorial de los Trabajadores del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong>DST Infonavit<\/strong>), al cierre del tercer bimestre de 2022 (3B2022), m\u00e1s de 1 mill\u00f3n 578,654 cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios del Infonavit fueron liquidados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCon las nuevas reglas, estos derechohabientes hoy ya tienen la posibilidad de obtener un&nbsp;<strong>cr\u00e9dito subsecuente<\/strong>; que fortalezca su patrimonio y el de su familia\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El directivo record\u00f3 que las nuevas&nbsp;<strong>Reglas para el Otorgamiento de Cr\u00e9dito&nbsp;<\/strong>del Instituto se\u00f1alan que los trabajadores podr\u00e1n recibir un cr\u00e9dito subsecuente; mismo que se otorgar\u00e1 una vez que liquide efectivamente el anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, seg\u00fan los criterios para esta alternativa de financiamiento del&nbsp;<strong>Infonavit<\/strong>, al 3B2022 hab\u00eda 1 mill\u00f3n 329,915 trabajadores elegibles para esta opci\u00f3n en cualquiera de las alternativas que tiene el Instituto; excepto el refinanciamiento de una deuda activa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, como consecuencia de la&nbsp;<strong>reforma de Ley del Infonavit<\/strong>, ya no es necesario que los segundos cr\u00e9ditos sean coparticipados con la banca; por lo que \u00e9stos podr\u00e1n ser pagados con recursos propios y\/o cofinanciados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstos cr\u00e9ditos apoyar\u00e1n para que los derechohabientes puedan cubrir sus necesidades de vivienda con base en las condiciones y capacidades que tengan a lo largo de su vida; sin provocar quebranto a la salud financiera del Instituto. As\u00ed se reafirma el compromiso social del mismo, enfocado en ser un aliado de confianza para los trabajadores; al brindar soluciones financieras que proporcionan acompa\u00f1amiento constante,
