{"id":11139,"date":"2022-12-23T14:28:56","date_gmt":"2022-12-23T20:28:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=11139"},"modified":"2022-12-23T14:28:58","modified_gmt":"2022-12-23T20:28:58","slug":"proyecta-infonavit-colocacion-de-443644-creditos-en-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/proyecta-infonavit-colocacion-de-443644-creditos-en-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Proyecta Infonavit colocaci\u00f3n de 443,644 cr\u00e9ditos en 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por: Fernanda Hern\u00e1ndez <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>El director general del Infonavit mencion\u00f3 que se espera la dispersi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 200,000 millones de pesos en cr\u00e9ditos, equivalente a 1% del PIB<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de su&nbsp;<strong>Plan Estrat\u00e9gico y Financiero 2023<\/strong>, el&nbsp;<strong>Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong>Infonavit<\/strong>) indic\u00f3 que se proyecta la colocaci\u00f3n de 443,644 cr\u00e9ditos. De los cuales, el 65.9% ser\u00e1n para adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda y suelo; 30.7% para mejoras y ampliaci\u00f3n; 2.3% para construcci\u00f3n y 1.2% para pago de pasivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, esta cifra podr\u00eda aumentar si se consideran las&nbsp;<strong>nuevas soluciones de cr\u00e9dito<\/strong>&nbsp;que el Infonavit planea lanzar en 2023. Tal es el caso del&nbsp;<strong>redise\u00f1o de la l\u00ednea IV<\/strong>; es decir, opciones de financiamiento para mejoras, ampliaci\u00f3n y remodelaci\u00f3n de vivienda fondeados 100% por el Instituto. Con ello, se proyectan 54,132 cr\u00e9ditos adicionales, que significan un crecimiento de 12% en la colocaci\u00f3n total de cr\u00e9ditos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el Infonavit implementar\u00e1 un piloto para cr\u00e9ditos de mejora exclusivo para derechohabientes sin relaci\u00f3n laboral activa; el cual tendr\u00e1 el nombre de&nbsp;<strong>Mejora Directa<\/strong>&nbsp;y cuenta con una proyecci\u00f3n de 50,000 cr\u00e9ditos otorgados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, el&nbsp;<strong>total de cr\u00e9ditos colocados durante 2023<\/strong>&nbsp;se elevar\u00eda a 499,240; de los cuales el 58.7% corresponden a la adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda y suelo; el 38% a mejora y ampliaci\u00f3n; el 2% a construcci\u00f3n y el 1.1% a pago de pasivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, de acuerdo con&nbsp;<strong>Carlos Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>director general del Infonavit<\/strong>, se estima la dispersi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/vivienda\/infonavit-creditos-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">200,000 millones de pesos<\/a>&nbsp;en cr\u00e9ditos durante 2023; lo cual equivale a 1 punto porcentual del Producto Interno Bruto (PIB) nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/author\/fernanda-hernandez\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por: Fernanda Hern\u00e1ndez El director general del Infonavit mencion\u00f3 que se espera la dispersi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 200,000 millones de pesos en cr\u00e9ditos, equivalente a 1% del PIB A trav\u00e9s de su&nbsp;Plan Estrat\u00e9gico y Financiero 2023, el&nbsp;Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores&nbsp;(Infonavit) indic\u00f3 que se proyecta la colocaci\u00f3n de 443,644 cr\u00e9ditos.
