{"id":10699,"date":"2022-11-04T14:44:07","date_gmt":"2022-11-04T20:44:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=10699"},"modified":"2022-11-04T14:44:09","modified_gmt":"2022-11-04T20:44:09","slug":"fovissste-pone-en-marcha-programa-piloto-credito-tradicional-en-pesos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/fovissste-pone-en-marcha-programa-piloto-credito-tradicional-en-pesos\/","title":{"rendered":"Fovissste pone en marcha programa piloto Cr\u00e9dito Tradicional en Pesos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por: Jackeline Valle <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Durante la primera prueba de cr\u00e9dito tradicional en pesos se otorgar\u00e1 la formalizaci\u00f3n de 5,000 hipotecas para la compra de vivienda<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En b\u00fasqueda de consolidar una pol\u00edtica de vivienda con visi\u00f3n social&nbsp;<strong>el Fondo de la Vivienda del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado (Fovissste) lanz\u00f3 el programa piloto Cr\u00e9dito Tradicional en Pesos.<\/strong>&nbsp;Con el cual prev\u00e9 la formalizaci\u00f3n de 5,000 hipotecas para la compra de vivienda nueva o usada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los financiamientos otorgados bajo este esquema contar\u00e1n con tasas de inter\u00e9s fija de 10.54 %.<\/strong>&nbsp;As\u00ed mismo, se podr\u00e1n liquidar en un m\u00e1ximo de 30 a\u00f1os o equivalente a 720 quincenas a 30% del sueldo b\u00e1sico mensual del beneficiario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Por otra parte, C\u00e9sar Buenrostro Moreno, Vocal ejecutivo de Fovissste anunci\u00f3 que la segunda tanda de cr\u00e9ditos corresponder\u00e1 a 10,000 en 2023. Mientras que la tercera ser\u00e1 de 5,000 para 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A pesar de la implementaci\u00f3n del nuevo programa de cr\u00e9ditos, las&nbsp;Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMAs) continuar\u00e1n vigente.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre ello,<strong>&nbsp;C\u00e9sar Buenrostro mencion\u00f3 que este esquema podr\u00eda ser una opci\u00f3n para diversos derechohabientes.<\/strong>&nbsp;Por lo que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo una reestructuraci\u00f3n de los programa actuales para reducir las tasa de inter\u00e9s en la hipoteca que se encuentre en dicha modalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cr\u00e9dito Tradicional en Pesos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera convocatoria para Cr\u00e9dito Tradicional en Pesos se encuentra disponible en el portal oficial de fovissste hasta el 30 de diciembre del 2022. Con ello,&nbsp;<strong>aquellos derechohabientes que cuenten con 18 meses cotizados podr\u00e1n participar por un cr\u00e9dito de primera vez.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Respecto al cr\u00e9dito, el mont\u00f3 m\u00e1ximo ser\u00e1 determinado por la capacidad de ingresos del trabajador.<\/strong>&nbsp;Adem\u00e1s, el solicitante podr\u00e1 disponer del saldo de la subcuenta de vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Finalmente, en caso de necesitarlo, las y los trabajadores del estado podr\u00e1n solicitar un esquema de cr\u00e9dito mancomunado bajo la modalidad de
