{"id":10422,"date":"2022-09-14T10:05:26","date_gmt":"2022-09-14T16:05:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/?p=10422"},"modified":"2022-09-14T10:05:28","modified_gmt":"2022-09-14T16:05:28","slug":"atiende-seduvi-denuncias-por-irregularidades-inmobiliarias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hombresymujeresdelacasa.com\/home\/atiende-seduvi-denuncias-por-irregularidades-inmobiliarias\/","title":{"rendered":"Atiende Seduvi denuncias por irregularidades inmobiliarias"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por: Fernanda Hern\u00e1ndez<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>La Seduvi instal\u00f3 una Mesa interinstitucional donde brinda atenci\u00f3n de lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 13:30 horas en calle San Lorenzo 712, colonia Del Valle Centro<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/inmobiliario\/seduvi-uso-suelo-centros-educativos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda<\/a>&nbsp;de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong>Seduvi<\/strong>), en conjunto con el&nbsp;<strong>Instituto para la Seguridad de las Construcciones<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong>ISC<\/strong>), el&nbsp;<strong>Consejo Ciudadano de Seguridad y Justicia&nbsp;<\/strong>y el<strong>&nbsp;Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong>RPP<\/strong>), instal\u00f3 una&nbsp;<strong>Mesa de Atenci\u00f3n y Registro de Irregularidades Inmobiliarias<\/strong>&nbsp;para atender las personas que son v\u00edctimas de actos de corrupci\u00f3n inmobiliaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de esta&nbsp;<strong>Mesa interinstitucional<\/strong>, se brinda orientaci\u00f3n, apoyo y seguimiento a las personas que han acudido para exponer sus casos. Adem\u00e1s, la&nbsp;<strong>Seduvi<\/strong>&nbsp;invit\u00f3 a acudir al m\u00f3dulo a todas las personas que pudieran encontrarse en los siguientes supuestos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La propiedad se encuentra en niveles superiores a los permitidos en el&nbsp;<strong>Certificado \u00danico de Zonificaci\u00f3n de Uso del Suelo<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong>CUZUS<\/strong>) del inmueble.<\/li><li>Los propietarios enfrenten&nbsp;<strong>problemas para escriturar<\/strong>; ya sea porque el folio real se encuentre resguardado o el notario no permite la operaci\u00f3n por discrepancias entre el inmueble y el CUZUS.<\/li><li>Cualquier otro supuesto que afecte el patrimonio de las personas como consecuencia de un&nbsp;<strong>proceso de construcci\u00f3n indebido<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, inform\u00f3 que este lunes 12 de septiembre se dio atenci\u00f3n a 15 personas, con casos referentes a inmuebles ubicados en la alcald\u00eda Benito Ju\u00e1rez. Cada uno de ellos, ha sido registrado y se evaluar\u00e1 de manera particular y colegiada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>Mesa interinstitucional de la Seduvi<\/strong>&nbsp;brinda atenci\u00f3n de lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 13:30 horas; y se ubica en la calle San Lorenzo 712, colonia Del Valle Centro, Benito Ju\u00e1rez, planta baja.
